Having recently competed their fourth Omega Intensive Workshop, Linda and Sherry stand in awe of the women who find their way to Embodying Conscious Femininity. Many have received a call which may not always make sense, but a call that must be obeyed. Others have been falsely nice for way too long and are ready for the flame of anger to free them from that falsity. They are prepared to live more fully, no matter what!

Embodying Conscious Femininity is an awareness of one's own feelings, needs and values and the ability to act on them. Power, prestige, fame and fortune drive our outer world to the brink of destruction. When we turn inward, we are challenged to discover our own feelings, to know what we need and what we value. We discover the courage to speak with our authentic voice. Listening with the ear of our inner healer, allows for the healing of our old wounds which then creates space for the emergence of new energies. The Workshops are suited for all women, health professionals and laypersons alike.
This Workshop is based on the BodySoul Rhythms® work of Marion Woodman, Ann Skinner, and Mary Hamilton.
