Wool Sweater Rescue

Wool Sweater Rescue
uses a felting process to convert wool items into a variety of artfully created items such as bags, pillows, purses etc. Embellishments are also recycled from old clothes etc. The character of each piece is determined by the origin/era of the rescued item. All the items are handmade by Judy Wagner and Ann King-the wool sweater team.
Their work can be seen at the Nolaa Gallery

The art of housewives is a blog devoted to recycled art and well worth a visit.
For the Art Teachers out there The Imagination Factory has some cool ideas for kids.
