Park Your Posteria

on Yellow Springs newest bench
located on the Bike Trail near the Women's Park going towards Xenia.

Beth Holyoke and Kaethi Seidl have done it again and created another absolutely beautiful bench (last one is outside the library).

The bench was commissioned by Sherraid for her father, Doug Scott, who died last year (1917-2008) and walked downtown along the bike path every morning to get the mail and pick up the NYTimes. Sherraid often joined him and brought along her dog, Haiku ( 1998-2006). As Sherraid said " the three of us were quite a picture for most of the early 2000's. I miss them both, but the cat, TANKA, is still with us, hopefully for a long time."
