Joanne Caputo vies for Top Spiritual author

Yellow Springs resident, Joanne Caputo, has advanced to Round 2 in the international Next Top Spiritual Author competition. As one of 271 authors (from 2800 entrants), Caputo will compete for votes throughout the month of June for one of 25 openings in Round 3 (there are four rounds in the competition). Voters may register or log-in to vote at http://www.nexttopauthor.com/.

Equal parts historical investigation and paranormal tell-all, Margaret Garner: Diversity and Depth Of Love is the true story of Caputo, an indie filmmaker whose research goes awry when her subject, a slave mother guilty of killing her own child, appears to her in a meditation and refuses to stay silent.
