Art in the Public Restroom

It's a loo with a view so if you are in town drop by the Chamber of Commerce Train Station and check out the ChamberPot Gallery.
Yes, a real gallery in the public bathrooms and showcasing the talents of 19 local artists. The painting on the left is by Jan Jackson and the painting on the right is by Patricia High and is in the ladies room.
Here is a link to the Associated Press story by James Hannah title, "louvre in the loo"

Crafts at the Emporium

How much fun it is to go into the Emporium and see the these monsters Sharri made. Love the display box with the drawings too.
Bambu and Sharri made the Gingerbread house. I believe they are going to raffle it, so if you are in the area check it out. The Emporium and Underdog Cafe's current art exhibit is by Jennifer Berman, a nationally recognized cartoonist.

Yellow Springs Murals

Mural in Keith's Alley
This is one of Pierre's recent murals that The Yellow Springs News highlighted August 31, 2006 . Keith's Alley is one of those places often overlooked by visitors, which is unfortunate as it has much to offer in the way of mural art.
