Hello friends,
In our time together we will focus on 8 different wild weeds (and touch upon several others) and the multitude of ways to invite them into your kitchen and your self-care. With each wild weed we will learn how to identify them, learn about their healing and nutritional attributes, and a minimum of three different ways to use each. This class will include a brief walk outside and lots of time in the kitchen preparing food and remedies together; with some to take home with you!
$30 for class, materials and take home goodies
