Amorette's specializes in "oekakiben", or "picture-bento": Japanese-style lunchboxes comprised entirely of edible art. Her fun, bright presentations and slightly unorthodox techniques have been a hit with foodies and art-lovers around the world.
Her work has been featured in numerous magazines & newspapers, including Greek Marie Claire, Anorak, Gourmet, Weekend Weekly, Mothering and the Tampa Bay Times.
She has also contributed work to the books Face Food, by Christopher Salyers, and 501 Bento Box Lunches, just released by Korero Books.
Amorette was a guest author for Lunch in a Box and wrote series on how to make decorative art bento lunches.
