Raising goats for meat and dairy
Learn the basics of what is involved in raising goats. Sample goat chili, goat curry and goat cheeses. Leave with a list of area goat producers, selling meat, goats for purchase or goats for hire, and some delicious new recipes for utilizing goat meat.
