I realize Unfinished Creations, 243 Xenia Avenue, is not an art gallery but the front window certainly is. I so appreciate what owner Pam Hogarty does to support and encourage children expressing their creativity. She always has a nice display of artwork by local kids hanging in the window of the store and I'd like to support that effort. I will be taking photos of the artwork and posting it here regularly on the YS Arts Blog. She's got enough artwork to get her through the summer until the kids are back in school, creating new works.
Stop by and tell her how much you support her doing this. It's a great use of a full-size storefront window. And if you recognize an artist's name, be sure and tell them you enjoyed their work.
