We hope you can attend Macario Carrillo and Francisco Loza's Arte en Estambre (Huichol yarn painting) reception, Thursday, June 23 from 6-8pm and/or the workshop to make your own Arte en Estambre painting to bring home on Saturday, June 25 from 1-3pm. Macario Carrillo is a Huichol Shaman whose work is inspired by his visions, and "Paco" Loza has exhibited internationally. They are coming to Yellow Springs after presenting at The Smithsonian Museum of the American Indian. See the attached flyer or link below, please help spread the word!
